The hall, with disabled access, is well-equipped with a projector, a screen, Wifi and a laptop. It can be arranged in three different modes:
- Meeting mode with tables and chairs (a maximum of 25 people)
- Conference mode with chairs and 2 tables (a maximum of 30 people)
- Cocktail mode without tables and without chairs (possibility to add bar tables) (a maximum of 40 people)
The cost of the rent is as follows (our prices do not include VAT) :
- Full day: 400€
- Half-day (8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.): 200€
- Evening : 75€/hour
- 2 full days : 700€
- 3 full days : 1000€
Bottles of still and sparkling water (1L) are charged 3€ / person per half-day.
The coffee break, including coffee, tea and pastries or cakes, is charged 7€ / person per break.
If you wish to enjoy a guided tour before or after your event, the Butterfly Garden is open until the 31st October.
The entrance to the garden and the guided tour are billed separately. The entrance for the group and the guided tour must be booked at the same time as the events hall through the dedicated forms.
Due to the COVID19 crisis, no events can be booked.
